After transitioning from his initial vocation as a skilled mechanic, Scott dedicated himself to the agricultural sector, ascending the ranks from labourer and sharemilker to the proprietorship, transformation, and cultivation of three distinct farms. With nearly two decades of professional expertise in the seed and chemical realm, he now exhibits an unwavering dedication to enhancing the profitability of crop and pasture production for the betterment of his farming clientele.
Presently, Scott and his partner Leah reside on a modest plot of land in close proximity to Invercargill, where they take pleasure in equestrian pursuits, motorsports, and the care of various livestock. Notably, both of Scott's children have followed in his agricultural footsteps, and he is the proud grandfather of five grandkids.
